Privacy policy

The sychov-igaming.com site and the Sychov iGaming News Telegram bot (@sychov_radar_bot) are run by Yevhen Sychov. We collect as little data as possible and never use it for advertising. Questions: support@sychov-igaming.com.

Website

The site does not use cookies and does not load analytics, ad counters or pixels. Your chosen language and theme stay in your browser only and are not sent anywhere. Our hosting provider Cloudflare processes technical request data, such as IP address and browser type, to run the site and protect it from attacks. We do not collect or analyse this data.

Telegram bot

To send news based on your settings, the bot stores:

• your Telegram ID, name and username from your profile;
• the topics, markets, language and notification sound you chose, subscription and pause status;
• the date you subscribed and where you came from, for example a link in the channel.

Messages you send to the bot are forwarded to the editor on Telegram together with your name, username and Telegram ID, so we can reply to you and fix an error in a story. We do not publish them.

Email

We use emails sent to support@sychov-igaming.com to reply to you and never share them with third parties. If you send us a job by email, we publish it after a review, but not your contact details.

Who receives the data

We do not sell it or share it for advertising. Data is processed only by services the bot and site cannot work without: Cloudflare (site hosting, the bot's server and database), GitHub (the server that sends the news out) and Telegram (message delivery). We use AI services to summarise news; they receive only news texts, never your data.

How long we keep it

Bot data is kept until you delete it. If you unsubscribe or block the bot, the subscription becomes inactive, but your data and settings stay until deletion. You can delete them completely at any time.

Your rights

You can find out what data we hold about you, correct it or delete it. The fastest way is to send the bot the /delete command: your subscription and all settings are deleted immediately. Messages you wrote to the editor are kept in the editor's Telegram, and we delete them on request. Email support@sychov-igaming.com and we will reply within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
