Key parts
- Methods for the player's country: cards, bank transfers, e-wallets, local methods, and cryptocurrency if the licence allows it. The first method on the list is the one players in that GEO use most often.
- Limits: the minimum and maximum deposit for each method are shown next to the amount field, before payment.
- Bonus choice: the available offers right in the deposit form, with the wagering requirement and expiry, plus a no-bonus option. Players with limits or risk markers are not shown offers.
- Repeat deposit: a saved method, with no need to enter the details again.
- Withdrawal: the request status, the timeframe and the list of documents if verification is not yet complete.
Formula and example
Cashier conversion = successful deposits / cashier opens x 100%For example, the cashier was opened 1,000 times, a payment was submitted 600 times and 420 payments went through: cashier conversion is 42%, the approval rate 70%.
Break the path into steps: opened the cashier, chose a method, entered the amount, submitted the payment, the payment went through. Everything lost before submission is down to cashier UX. Declines after submission show up in the approval rate.
A player started a deposit and did not finish: that is an abandoned deposit. A message offering help or another payment method goes out to them within half an hour.
Common mistakes
- One set of methods for every country. The player cannot find their usual way to pay and closes the cashier.
- A decline with no way out. An error message with no reason and no button for another method. Offer a retry or an alternative straight away.
- Bonus switched on by default. The player did not notice the wagering requirement and argues at withdrawal. Taking a bonus must be a conscious choice.
