Who gets in
Usually by value over a period: deposits, NGR or theoretical win from bets. What matters more: future VIPs are visible as early as the first week, from the size of their first deposits, their stake and how often they play. Early contact from a manager is worth more than a status three months later.
What the player gets
- A personal manager in their preferred channel.
- Fast withdrawals and higher limits. A slow withdrawal for a big player costs more than any bonus.
- Priority support: a dedicated line or first place in the queue.
- Personal offers: cashback, rakeback, bonuses with low wagering and a strict win cap, gifts and events.
What it costs
The VIP budget is calculated as a share of the VIP segment's revenue: all bonuses, cashback, gifts and service divided by its GGR. This share is part of the overall Bonus Rate, not a separate line.
Manager freedom and shared rules
The VIP manager decides when, through which channel and with what reason to reach out to the player. The offer maths, however, is the same for everyone: wagering, win cap, limits. Otherwise the cost of the VIP programme gets out of control.
